Wednesday night’s party was so much fun! But first, before I give my take on the night, I’d like to officially apologize to all of the people who’s toes I stepped on (figuratively and literally). Also, I’d like to say mucho thank you to Scene PR for sponsoring our little shindig! Woot!

And now, for those of you who could not make it out: you really missed out on some fun! hehe! The model competition was feirce, and I was so suprised that so many models participated! There was an abundance of beautiful faces, all lined up and ready to strike a pose for the photographers in the VIP pit. It was a little hectic, and we almost ran out of time for each model, but everything worked out great, thanks to the cooperation and understanding of everyone involved.

And speaking of the modeling, congrats to our winners of the night! It was a close call picking who did the best, since each model brought their own unique energy, but a winner had to be picked, and as Ming said, we finally agreed on the best male and female. They were on.the.clock: work, work, working it, so mucho props to them! Also I want to snap for the competition, because they brought it as well. Everybody really made an impression.

I didn’t get to make the party rounds as much as I’d liked, since I was so busy watching/judging the photoshoots, but I would like to give a shoutout to Chris from Planet B-Boy! Thanks so much for stopping by, and it was really nice meeting you! ^^ Also, a big “heyllo” to our fellow MixrMedia bloggers and photographers! I can’t wait ’til we do it again..who knows, maybe there will be another GirlyBubble Party on the horizon?!

LOL That guy looks like Zoolander!

The guy next to him looks like Prince. haha

Looks like a great party you guys.

Aw I wish I could have went!

lol yeah Those two were great! I have the info for the woman behind “Prince” and her makeup artist’s info to set up another shoot with her. I have info for a few others as well. I’m going to contact a few designers and see if I can set up a deal to get a bunch of outfits, those models and a nice studio space (or just a nice area in NYC) to do a full fashion shoot. Desginers get their clothing promoted, models get more portfolio work, and we get more GirlyBubble goodness. smile

awesome jason!

The party was such a blast! All of the models brought so much energy and personality and it was really nice to see how many people showed up!

Personally I thought our guy winner looked more like Robbie Williams =P

Robbie Williams looks better than that guy. He looks way more like Zoolander.

If we do this again, it’ll be much bigger and better!

Looking forward to it!
